Enjoy a full session of therapeutic Yoga During the Yoga Sessions, we will make 1 hour of asana practice dedicated to release mental an emotional stress and alleviate physical discomfort. Then we continue wiht 15 minutes of pranayama which is the ancient yogic practice of breath control, involving modifications to breathing patterns to regulate the vital energy within the body. We then allow the body and mind to rest in Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation practice that induces a deep state of concious relaxation between waking and sleeping, promoting mental an physical restoration. To finalice we gather and share thoughts about the experience and answer any questions you may have, while drinking tea or juice.
